Nautilus Outlet on eBay sells NEW and Certified Pre-Owned Products. All Certified Pre-Owned products undergo Nautilus' strict inspection and reconditioning process in preparation for resale. All parts come factory sealed in original packaging unless as noted.
All New and Certified Pre-Owned Products Are Covered Under the Nautilus Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Warranty coverage on all our products is only available if you purchase from the Nautilus Authorized Fitness Outlet. Don’t be fooled, most warranty coverage is not transferable. Warranty periods vary by product - see individual product pages for more information.
Payment
Nautilus Outlet accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
If paying by credit card your card will be authorized at checkout, and charged upon release of your order from our distribution center. Any applicable sales tax will be added to your order.
Sales tax is charged on total merchandise for orders delivered to AL, AZ, CA, DC, IA, ID, IL, LA, MA, MD, ME, NJ, OH, OK, VA, VT, and WY.
Sales tax is charged on total merchandise plus shipping and handling charges for orders delivered to AR, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, NY, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI, and WV.
Sales tax is not charged for orders delivered to AK, DE, MT, NH and OR.
Buyers are required to complete Nautilus Outlet secure checkout within five (5) days of purchase. Buyers who do not complete their purchase within the stipulated time will subject to the unpaid item process as per eBay's guidelines.
Shipping
Nautilus ships within the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
All products are shipped from our corporate warehouse 1 to 10 business days after payment is received. No need to worry about your product and how it's packaged for shipping. Our products are professionally packaged to arrive in perfect condition with easy-to-follow assembly instructions. Professional Assistance, including Post Order support are available if needed.
These benefits are available ONLY if you buy from the Nautilus Authorized Fitness Outlet.
Returns
Contact our customer service department any time during the 6-Week 100% satisfaction guarantee period at the contact number listed in the product owner’s manual. You will be given a Return Authorization Number. Then, just follow the instructions received.
For returns, please note the following:
- Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be refunded.
- Product must be returned in the original packaging and in its original condition with all accessories included.
- Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees.
- Your return must be received no later than two (2) weeks after receiving your Return Authorization Number.
Workmanship Standards
Our Certified Pre-Owned Process Includes:
- Full inspection and testing by our Quality Assurance Team
- Pulleys: Inspect j-bolts and eye-bolts
- Surface Coatings (black oxide) must be intact
- Cables: All cables are replaced
- Sewn goods: All sewn goods are replaced (including handgrips)
- Finish: No scratches allowed to the metal (scratches from hardware ok)
- No visible defects in coating (paint or chrome)
- No visible rust on outside surfaces
- Marks in paint from previous assembly is permitted
- Cleanliness: All parts are clean and free of fingerprints
- Seat/Benches: No Material Defects Permitted
- Foam (rollers, lat bar grips, etc): No defects or tears allowed
- Plastic parts: All plastic parts must be free of cracks
- Decals/Logos/Warning labels: All safety and legal labels present and readable
- Treadclimber Motor and Control Functions are thoroughly tested
- Rod Packs: All Rod Packs are replaced with new
- All electronic components and motors are tested
- All consoles are tested and calibrated
