This item will be shipped with a signature on delivery service. Please ensure that somebody is at the collection address, otherwise you will have to pay extra costs for resending the item. We cannot, under any circumstances, ship to a PO Box or a BFPO address. Please make sure you have an alternate address available before bidding on any item. Please note that for shipping purposes, we will use the address you have on file with eBay, unless we are advised otherwise in advance.
Insurance. For expensive or rare items please consider insurance. Without the added insurance we are not responsible for any items, lost or damaged, during transit. If the shipment is lost or damaged in transit and is not insured, we will only be able to claim up to £30.00. For items £470 or less added insurance is £9.50. For items above £470 the added insurance is 2% of the total amount.
Combined Purchases. We combine orders for items which were bought within three days. We cannot combine more than three (3) items for one shipment. Any breakable items or those items containing a "liquid" which could cause seepage will be shipped individually. Weight and size of the box also plays a part in combined shipping. Due to a technical error at this present time we are unable to send invoices for total amount payable. Please refer to the listing and our Shipping Table for combined shipping. All orders are shipped after full payment has been received and cleared. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Auctioning4u takes great care to ensure that your item is shipped safely to you (we sometimes use recycled packing material).
If an item is returned to Auctioning4u due to the buyer not being present at the time of attempted delivery, the buyer will then again have to pay for the item to be shipped back. Auctioning4u will not be responsible to cover this cost. Re-shipment charges will be that of the original postage and package charge.
Postal and courier charges for items send to outside the UK, especially for items over 1kg, are often quite high. Unfortunately that is out of our control. If you are not happy with the Shipping or Collection Fees please do not bid on the auction as we cannot lower the fees. We are also not responsible for any customs fees that you may incur.

Unless a shorter payment period is stated in the listing information above, payment must be received within seven (7) days of the close of auction. We reserve the option to revoke the auction and file a Non-Paying Bidder alert if the payment is not received within seven (7) days.
If the item is a collection only item you will have to collect within seven (7) days of the close of auction. If you do not collect within seven (7) days we reserve the right to resell the item in your name. We will extent that time period if you communicate with us and let us know a firm date of collection. Please note that the item and the collection fee will have to be paid in full before collection.
We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. We might from time add to the description or add further information by answering a question and attaching the information on the bottom of the listing; if the new information preceeds a bid it is part of the listing. We describe in the listing what if any testing we have done on the item. If we cannot test an item we might quote the owner on the item's condition. We will not be able to accept a return of the item if any functionality not tested is not working properly or is not safe to use. We will also take no responsibility for statements by the owner, you will therefore not be able to rely on it. All items are sold as-is. If the description or photos do not show an accessory or a component of the item we do not have it. Please feel free to ask any questions during the auction you might have and we will attempt to answer them in time; however, once the auction is over we will not answer questions under any circumstances. Please remember that your winning bid constitutes a binding and enforceable contract, please do not bid if you are uncertain in any way.
We can only accept returns if the item varies significantly from its description in the auction. Buyers must return the item within five (5) days and are responsible for return shipping charges. At our discretion we might accept a buyer to rescind from a bid, in those cases we will charge a processing fee of the higher of £10 or 5% of the final value price. Please email us before your bid if you have any questions.
Auctioning4u's liability to you or any third parties under any circumstances is limited to the sale price and P&P charge of the relevant goods. We will not be responsible for damaged or lost shipments. Please consider insurance, especially for more valuable items. Returns
If you have an issue with an item you have purchased from Auctioning4u, please contact us immediately.
You must email customerservices@auctioning4u.co.uk within 5 days of receiving your item for PRE-APPROVAL on all returns. Items returned without PRE-APPROVAL will not be accepted. No returns can be PRE-APPROVED after the 5 day period. WE ARE SORRY BUT NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE.
Auctioning4u will issue you with a Auction Return Number (ARN) number, this number must be clearly printed on the outside of all returned packages. Items sent without an RA number will be returned to the sender. If you have a question about returns contact returns@auctioning4u.co.uk quoting your eBay item number plus a description of the problem.
