Warranty:
Damaged item claim: Please contact the shipping forwarder directly if the package is damaged during transportation, our forwarder will send us the insurance claim form to reimburse your lost.
This sale is final,  If the item is defective, contact us  and we will replace defective items with a new item,  there is a 25% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned.  Customers must return items at his/her own cost and will be charged a return shipping fee for the replacement item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If the replacement is not available, a refund (less shipping and handling) will be issued in the form of the original payment method.
