Please provide a telephone number to assist the courier.

The courier will only attempt delivery once. If you are not in when they attempt delivery they will leave a card with a telephone number of your local depot and your consignment number on it, please telephone to arrange a more suitable delivery time immediately.

Failure to respond to the card in 3 working days results in the item being returned and a second delivery fee will have to be paid to re-send the item.

Courier service is ONLY available to mainland UK.
If you are unable to drive directly to your property (e.g. Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight ) you MUST select an alternative delivery method.
