2.      Mail back the damaged and insured item within received day + 3 days. We will exchange a new and similar item to you after receiving the item.

3.      Please contact me if you cannot receive the insured item after 3 weeks by airmail. We will contact the Hong Kong Post Office. If the Post office confirms the parcel lost, we will send the item to you again
