Terms of Sale

• By bidding on this item you are entering into a binding contract, agreeing to both eBay's Terms & Conditions, and my Terms of Sale.
• Please ensure you are both eligible to bid and able to complete the transaction, as detailed in my Terms of Sale.
• We accept payment by the following methods:
  • Via PayPal (Credit/Debit Card), International winners use PayPal only please.
  • Via Nochex (Credit/Debit Card), UK only. 
  • Personal Cheque's (drawn on a UK Bank Account).
  • Postal Orders, UK only.
• Payment must be received in Pound Sterling (GBP / £) and it is the responsibility of the buyer to perform and cover the cost for currency conversion.  
• The winning bidder(s) will pay all Shipping & Handling charges, covering the cost of Postage and Packaging.
• We always combine Shipping & Handling costs for multiple items.
• Shipping will be via Royal Mail First Class / Special Delivery within the UK, or Royal Mail Airmail / International Signed For / Airsure to non UK destinations.
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of and prepared to pay any and all customs charges and handling fees that may be imposed by their country of residence.
• All payments must be received in full within 7 days of the auction end.
• We will dispatch all item(s) within 3 days of confirmation of receipt of cleared funds.
• We will give full refunds if the item is not as described or upon return and inspection of any shop purchased item as long as it is in the same condition as it left us within 7 days for the UK and 14 days for the rest of the world. (Excluding postage costs to you and return to us for items simply not wanted). Please contact us by E-mail or In Writing before returning any item back to us.
• We will leave feedback upon conclusion of the auction (this is done automatically when you leave feedback for us). Feedback is confirmation that you have received and are happy with the item, if for any reason you are not please contact us so we can sort the problem out before negative feedback is left.
