Shipping and Handling:

• US and Canada: $2.97 for first item, $0.50 for each additional item.
• Other countries: $5 for 1-4 items, $10 for 5-9 items, $18 for 10-15 items, $26 for 16-25 items. Please e-mail us for more than 25 items.
• Combined items must be paid in ONE lump sum. Multiple payments for combined items are NOT accepted. Please use Ebay's checkout system or email us for total combined amount.
• All items will be shipped by USPS. For US customers, you can receive your shipment in about 5-10 days after receiving of your payment.
• If you want express shipment service, please send e-mail to us at orders@holygemstone.com.

Insurance:

• Insurance is optional for US customer. But we strongly suggest that all items should be insured. We are NOT responsible for any losses or damages if buyer choose not to buy insurance. Our ONLY responsibility is to help insured buyer claim insurance from postal office for any losses or damages.
• US: $1.30 for items valued up to $50.00, $2.20 up to $100.00, $3.20 up to $200.00.
• Outside US: insurance is required for value more than $200 and pay by paypal. If pay by Western Union check, the insurance is optional.

Payment:

• US and Canada: Paypal, Money Order and Cashiers check. Sorry no personal or business checks.
• Other countries: Paypal and Western Union.
• All items must be paid within 10 days after the auction ends.

Return Policy:

• For buy it now items, we offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed within 10 days after receiving the items with your order number.
• Bidding items are not refundable. Please e-mail us at orders@holygemstone.com if you have special reasons for returning bidding items.
• Shipping, handling and insurance fees are NOT refundable. All returns must be in original conditions. Buyers will pay for return shipping charges.
