RETURN POLICIES

I guarantee that your item will arrive as stated in the auction. I only accept returns on defective or 'not as advertised' items. I do not offer returns on buyer's remorse purchases or wrong size issues.  Please be sure that you completely understand what you are bidding on before committing to the purchase.  An informed buyer is usually a happy buyer.  I welcome any questions that might assist you in selecting the right item for you so please feel free to email -- I make every attempt to respond to all emails as quickly as possible.

If an item arrives defective or 'not as advertised', the bidder/buyer must initiate contact within 5 days of having received the item.  I will determine the best method for resolving the issue and return contact in a timely manner.  Once a return has been authorized, the bidder/buyer has 10 days to return the item.  Many of my auctions are consignments from estate sales.  I make every effort to determine and honestly describe the condition of the item; however, I am not an expert appraiser or authenticator.

In a nutshell; if it is my mistake, I will do what I can to make it right.  I will pay for return shipping on defective or 'not as advertised' products.  Some of my most rewarding online transactions have been those where a customer has allowed me to fix my mistake and make it right.
