Once the USPS shows a confirmed delivery then I consider the transaction completed. I insure by item replacement. If your item is damaged in shipping then return the item to me within three days of the USPS showing its confirmed delivery and Ill ship you a new set once the original set is recieved by me.. The package must show a post mark within the three day return period, and all original materials must be returned with the shipment. The item cannot show any signs of having been used for crimping. Only items which are damaged by shipping will be exchanged. Damage from use or theft of an item after a delivery confirmation is made are not accepted as reasons for a refund, exchange, or a replacement.The buyer pays for shipping the item back to the seller via the USPS Priority Mail. The seller will pay for shipping the replacement items back to the buyer. For the buyer to be covered thru the USPS insurance program please add two dollars to the shipping fees. Canadian customers must add four dollars to the shipping fee. Canadian customers generally show a four to ten day shipping time thru the Global Priority Air Mail system, but its common to see that time made longer by delays thru customs. In general Canadian customers just need to be patient with the two postal systems involved.
