Returns
 

• We will replace all defective products or offer store credit.
• Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the date you placed your order.
• Most electronic items will have an additional one year manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated.

Payments
 

• After you have won the auction, you may complete eBay checkout and pay via Paypal or if you wish to pay by any other means please follow the instructions in the winning buyer notification email that you will receive automatically.
• We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, UK Cheque or Postal order ( personal checks will be held up to 7 business days before shipping).
• Please pay within 5 days. 

UK Shipping
 

• For UK orders, shipping & handling is £4.99 for the 1st item + £2.99 for each additional item(s). Shipping discount applies to listings with a £4.99 shipping profile only.
• All items are shipped from within the UK within 48 hours of cleared funds received but usually the next working day after payment. This item will be shipped using Royal Mail.

Int'l Shipping

• For all orders outside of the UK we charge £5.99 for the 1st item + £3.99 for each additional item(s).
• Please make sure the shipping address you give us is accurate, we are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
• The buyer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax. Please verify with your customs before purchase.
