Our TV & Movie mugs can be personalised, if you wish a name can be printed somewhere within the picture, if no name or detail is given with payment you will be sent the mug without personalisation.

     All of our mugs are able to be personalised and are custom made to order using dye sublimation technology, this process enables a full photographic image to be printed within the surface of the mug and is dishwasher and microwave safe.

  We have a large range of subjects to choose from in our shop and plan to constantly add more if you don’t see what you want please visit us again, we are always open to suggestions.

  Please ensure that you let me know any personalisation details along with your payment, use the “note to seller” box in Paypal or in clear writing with any other form of payment.

  Your personalisation details will be copied and pasted so ensure your spellings are correct, though if I notice something I think may be a mistake I may email you for confirmation.

 Failure to let me know your personalisation details may delay your order or result in your item being sent without any personalisation.

  Your item will be made and dispatched within 5-7 days of receipt of payment 1^st class Royal Mail for UK buyers and airmail rest of the world, if ordering more than 1 item wait till you have chosen all of your items and combine payment on your invoice for postage discounts, if you are not sure how to do this make your order then email me and I will send a combined invoice.

  Your mug or mugs will be securely packaged in a strong polystyrene carton  to ensure they have very little chance of being damaged in transit.
