Payment Policy

Payment to be made by direct deposit, money order, bank cheque or paypal.

Contact to be made by successful bidder within 3 days of Auction's end.  Payment to be made within 7 days of Auction's end, unless prior arrangement has been made.  Failure to do so will result in non-paying bidder alerts, contact with ebay and negative feedback.

Shipping and Handling Policy

Buyer pays all postage costs.  We only charge the published Australia Post rates, and at this time we only post in Australia.

All items are sent in a padded bag for protection.  We are also able to send by Express Post, however Express parcels can't be insured but are tracked by Australia Post at no extra cost.  Registered Post costs $2.95 which will offer up to $100 insurance, additional insurance costs $1.10 per $100.

We will ship within 2 days of payment being received, please allow 2-6 working days for article to reach destination. Combine your auction wins to save on postage. 

Please note that once I have mailed it to you I am not responsible, unless you pay for registered mail delivery which would be recommended for purchases above $50. 

Refund Policy

We do thoroughly check the quality and working order of our products prior to dispatch and we will happily replace or repair any faulty items. 

International Shipping

Postage via Airmail to UK, US is approx AUS $20, this amount includes insurance for up to $100.  Postal insurance is not available to Canada and the postage amount would be Aus $10.  We use the Australia Post Airmail service which takes between 3 to 10 days from dispatch.  We will happily combine purchases, and would add $1.00 for each additional purchase.
