• The size is adjustable. It should be fit on most people. It is Easy to wear, Easy to wash and care. A Wig Care Guide and a wig cap are included in each package.
• If you are interested in buying a high elasticity Wig Cap  to hide your real hair or Hair Pieces (see picture below) to increse the volume of your hair, please contact us or go to our Accessories section. Shipping for the Accessories is free with purchases of our wigs.

• Please do not compare us with those who sell cheap costume wigs in Ebay. You will be amazed on the quality and look of our wigs. Please see our feedback if you do not believe.

About Payment

We accept payment from Paypal (Paypal Account required, please go to www.paypal.com ) only. For Canadian and Australian Customers, local bank transfer is also available. Please contact us for detail or read the winner notification letter after your purchases.  

About Postage Fees and Shipping

• For exact postage fees, please see the auction you are interested in. US, UK and Australian Customers, please search my store before your purchases. We have domestic auctions that priced at currencies you would want to pay.

• The saving is about 1.5 USD (2 AUD or 1 GBP) per additional item, but we will not be responsible for custom duties. If you are buying five or more, we have agreement with post office that charges normal mailing price but send via express. Please contact us before purchases, or ask us to send you discounted invoice after purchases.

• All shipments will be shipped automatically with Airmail to Your registered address in Paypal or address provided by yourself. Insurance is mandatory to prevent lost and damage. If you would like your tracking number, please ask us to email you.

• Item will be shipped within 48 hours from Hong Kong after payment cleared and it may take approximately five to twelve business days (Monday to Friday) to get to your location. Sorry for the wait and I appreciate for your patient. If it passed the 12th business day and the item is still not there, please ask me to call post office and get detailed tracking info for you. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. 

Refund and Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the items, for any reasons, you can send them back to us and file a refund or exchange. If you would like to file a refund or exchange, you must inform us within 45 days after you paid. We will only refund or exchange to you after we get the items. You must be responsible for the postage fees to return the item. Should you have any questions regarding the conditions of the item, feel free to contact us.
