Payment Terms and Options

An additional option US$2.00 is required for Registered Mail Service with tracking number for shipping delivery status, your signature will be requested when the package delivery.

We will not send all packages via Registered Airmail and ~ Registered Airmail tracking is not available to check the delivery status for most of the cities.

Orders will be shipped on the next day of payment completed, excluding public holidays. Your order(s) will be shipped to your confirmed Shipping Address or the address confirmed via email, if you use a Post Office (P.O.) Box as your Shipping Address, please make sure you can receive Parcel through the Post Office Box, Registered Mail Service will not be applied.

To calculate Shipping and Handling charges for Combined Shipping items:

US Local Personal Checks - An additional 5 to 8 business days for your check clearing, your purchase order will be shipped after your check cleared (please enclosed your item # and your eBay iD with your payment).

International Bidder - We only accept PayPal payment, Sorry for NO Check, NO Postal Order or NO Bank Transfer… etc. coz we have to pay extra US$20.00 for any international clearing

Return Policy
You may return any not used or unopened merchandise to us in its original condition, including original packaging within 7 days of receipt. You will be fully refunded less shipping and handling charges. Please email us prior to returning your item.

Our Location
We are located and Registered in Hong Kong. Our products are imported directly from Europe and stored at our Extravaganza Perfume Duty-free warehouse (Hong Kong or Japan). The item(s) will be shipped directly from the warehouse to our customers.
