Payment must be received within 7 days from completion of the auction. This period can be extended for a reasonable amount of time, but we must be contacted within 7 days to make suitable arrangements for delayed payment. If no payment or contact has been received after 7 days, the order will be revoked and a payment dispute will be raised with eBay.

iSold it offer a returns policy on all goods purchased from our site which are faulty or defective in some way or do not match with the description provided prior to sale and We will provide you with a full refund for the price paid for the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or accept the return of items which are not damaged, defective or incorrect at the time of dispatch.

Any goods which are returned to us, must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt and in the same condition in which you received them along with any instruction manual which was enclosed.

Where goods are returned on this basis, iSold it will refund the postage costs on receipt of your parcel.

Can you send me additional photos of the item?
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of items we receive each day, we cannot take additional photos of specific items.

What does "Powered on but not tested" mean?
This means that we have plugged in and turned on the item to see if it started up, but have not performed additional testing. 

What does "Sold As Seen" mean?
Since we cannot fully test every function of an item, some items are Sold As Seen. These items cannot be returned.

Yes. If you have purchased multiple items from us, the checkout will automatically comibine items.

I have not received an invoice for the item.
After each of our auctions close, eBay will automatically send an email to the winning bidder.
