Please consider your STAGE when selecting a size.
Already nursing? Your cup size will be getting smaller, so put yourself at the larger end of the sizing so you can get smaller and not need a new bra. I.E. if you're a nursing C cup (pre-preg B cup), choose a bra for B-C cup rather than for C-D cup. The B-C fits a nursing C and lets you lose cup size back down to a B without feeling too big. If you're a nursing 36C, choose a size 2 bra (32-36 B-C) rather than a size 3 bra (36-40 B-C). This means you can lose weight post-partum and still find the band works nicely for you.
If you're pregnant, put yourself in the smaller size of the range so you can get bigger and still have lots of room in the bra for when your milk comes in! If you're pregnant and a 36D, choose a size for D-E cups so that you don't need a new bra when you grow into a DD or E cup. Choose a size 3 band (36-40) so your ribcage can have room to expand as baby pushes out on your ribs!

Sports-bra styles are the #1 sellers because they hold up when you need them to. The sports-bra style is SUPER for leisure, home, sleeping and overall soft comfort and strong support .

If you need a TRUE running bra, one suggestion is that you buy a top-quality regular sports bra and not a nursing one. You won't be running and feeding at the same time after all. However, the issue with TRUE sports bras is that they BIND your bust and this is not good for a breastfeeding woman as it can block your milk ducts, even if worn for only a short time. If you really need a sports bra for running, I recommend wearing TWO of these wonderful YES bras at the same time. Seriously! You get great support for high-impact sports, NO binding and still the price is HALF what you'd pay for a top of the line sports bra.

Please include your ebay id as well, this ensures that I get your item to you in a speedy fashion. Trying to figure out whos who by email addresses can be time consuming, and I don’t like to keep my customers waiting!

When sending payment via PAYPAL, please specify size and colour. It is also helpful if you include your measurements (instructions below), your pre-preg bra size, and your stage in pregnancy or if you are already nursing(how far along in pregnancy or already nursing)to ensure a perfect fit. I have had lots of success with "virtual fittings" and I want to get you a bra you love from the moment you open the package. You may be a 36DD in one bra, but a 38D in another brand. Bras can be funny that way! Pregnancy and nursing change our shape and size so much, it's important to get a proper fit! Funnily enough, most of my buyers are thrilled to finally have someone "fit" them and learn their actual size! I never pictured myself being a bra sizing expert, but this is fun! I love what I do. It is said that up to 75% of women are in the wrong sized bra!

Very helpful measurements to send me:

1. Just UNDER your breasts around your ribcage . Exact measure in inches, without rounding up or adding anything for sizing please. To get band size, the standard rule of thumb for most bras, including this one, is to add 3 inches to your measure. However, if we both add 3 inches and don't know, you'll find the bra is too big. To keep it consistent, please give me the exact measure only and I will add the required 3 inches for sizing after receiving your email. 2. ON your breasts at their largest time of day (not just after a feed, for example). Again, exact measure is best - thanks! 3. Pre-pregnancy bra size. 4. Current stage. 5. Bra size that currently fits you best. 6. Colour preference: black, white or beige. Please include 1st & 2nd choice in colors in case stock is low in a particular color. I try to keep sufficient inventory on all colours but sometimes I sell out.
