Terms & Conditions

Refunds:           If you are not happy with your purchase and are able to return your item in the same condition, with tags, within 14 days of payment we can offer a merchandise credit.  The credit will remain valid for 30 days only.  This offer does not apply to items that do not fit or are the wrong colour.  Postage and handling are not refundable.

Payment:          Payment can be made via PayPal, bank cheque, money order or direct deposit.  Please remember to identify your transaction with your username / item number.  This is essential to ensure prompt service from our end.

                        Payments from outside Australia by PayPal only.

Postage:           Buyers must pay postage and handling for all transactions, including returns and exchanges.

                        Items will be posted within 24 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.

                        Whilst all care will be taken with packaging, we are not responsible for loss or damage incurred after dispatch.  No refund or credit will be provided by Puresass.  Buyers responsibility to pursue any issues of dissatisfaction with postal authorities.
