Item Description
The sender fits on camera's hot shoe and triggers a remote flash, a studio strobe or a flash power pack up to 3000 W/S to which the receiver is attached. The sender contains one user-installable 12V alkaline photo battery (installed). It can trigger some 20,000 times continuously with one battery. The sender has a test button so you can trigger your remote flash manually and off-hotshoe for metering purpose. Low 5.5V triggering voltage, safe to all modern digital/film cameras: Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Fuji, etc. and works well with Bowens,Alen Bees, Elinchrom and Courtenay flash units, etc.Slave range: 150 feet/50m approx. / output power < 2 mW / frequency 433 MHZ.The receiver triggers the flash/strobe/power pack it is attached to at a sync speed up to 1/1000 sec. It uses two AAA alkaline batteries (not included). The receiver has a standard 1/4" phone jack plug for attachment to many monolights and other studio flashes that use this type of connection. It also comes with one 1/8" (3mm) pc sync plug adapter which is designed for use with studio flash/strobe that use this type of connection. The receiver has a female pc sync socket on the back. you can connect the receiver with any type of hot shoe flash that has a pc sync socket by using the included 12" pc cord. If your hot shoe flash does not have a pc sync socket, you can use a hotshoe adapter (shown in the above photo).
