Our shipping and handling fees include shipping supplies and USPS First Class or Air Mail International. If you have any specific requirements, please let us know beforehand.


California Sales Tax

All shipments to California addresses are subject to California Sales Tax.


Accepted Types of Payment

We prefer payments via PayPal for its simplicity, traceability and speed. However,we also accept cashiers checks and money orders, as well as cash in US Dollarsor Euro (mail at your own risk!).

If you want to send a personal check, you must be a resident of the United States,and your check must be drawn from a bank located within in the US. Upon receiptof your check, we will hold your item until your check has been cleared by thebank.

You will receive a computer generated email notification shortly after the auction has been closed. It includes the final aucton price, the domestic (US only) rate for shipping and handling, and the amount of California Sales Tax (for California residents only). However...

Only if the ebay checkout is unavailable to you, please do the following:

If you are a US Resident from outside of California please pay the total amount without Sales Tax.

If you are a California Resident please pay the total including Sales Tax. We cannot ship until we have received the full amount including Sales Tax from you.

If you are located outside of the US, please pay the shipping amount indicated above under "Shipping and Handling". We cannot ship until we have received the correct amount.


Payment

We expect your payment within 10 days after the auction has closed. Please contact us, if you need more time. We will send you one reminder after 10 -15 days. If we don't hear back from you or receive your payment within 30 days from the end of the auction, we reserve the right to leave negative feedback. That's something we really, really hate to do, so please pay promptly!


Shipping

We usually ship twice a week. You will receivean email notification when your item has been shipped.

Feedback

We will leave positive feedback after we have received your full payment and your item has been shipped. We very much appreciate, if you provide positive feedback on us after you receive your item.

As you can see from our past feedback, customer satisfaction is a high priority at Hooked On Cars. Should your item get damaged during shipping, or if we made an error in describing it accurately, we appreciate a chance to make things right before you post negative feedback.
