*About our Tiles*	A stunning piece of art which has been faithfully reproduced on satin white ceramic tile. We utilize the latest in digital technology. As opposed to decaled tiles, our process actually impregnates the image into the tile. Our inks contain an ultraviolet inhibitor, which allows us to create a fade and scratch resistant product that is easy to care for. Pictures and paintings are wonderful...but a beautiful painting on a ceramic tile is absolutely stunning and unusual. The tile can be framed, hung on a wall, placed on a tabletop easel, incorporated into a wall tile project such as a backsplash...ideas are limited to your imagination only! *Recommended for indoor use only*
Payment	We accept PayPal, personal check or money order. All international payments must be made in US funds. Personal checks may delay shipment for 10-14 days depending on when the check clears. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and echecks are accepted through PayPal only.
Shipping and Handling	Shipping and handling within the US is $14.95 for the first tile and $10.45 for each additional tile. International shipping to Canada is $16.95 for the first tile and $10.45 for each additional tile. All other international shipping is $24.95 for the first tile and $10.45 for each additional tile Our shipping and handling fees reflect the cost of manufacturing the tile, shipping supplies, fees associated with online commerce as well as all the man hours involved in producing a high quality product. All products are shipped USPS priority and international orders are shipped Airmail.
Return Policy	100% Customer satisfaction guarantee: We understand that making a purchase via the internet can be a bit intimidating, it is our policy to offer an unconditional satisfaction guarantee. If you are not pleased with your purchase FOR ANY REASON just return the tile to us within 10 days in the same condition in which it was shipped and we will promptly refund your payment, less a $10.00 restocking fee.
Turn Around Time	We make every attempt to ship your order within 48 hours. On rare occasion this may not be possible and may take up to one week.
Insurance	Do to the fragile nature of our products we highly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance. If you choose not to buy the insurance we cannot refund or ship a new tile in the instance of breakage.
Instructions and Care	Tiles may be grouted using a sandfree grout. Please clean with a non-abrasive cleaner. Windex works great!
