Payment:

• We accept PayPal, BidPay, Money Orders and Cashiers checks. All computer sales are paypal, bidpay, money, order or cashier check. Payments made outside the United States are Bidpay or International money order or cashier check. 

• For Paypal payments. Please, make sure to have "CONFIRMED" address with PayPal. If your address is not confirmed the item will not be shipped until you confirm it. To confirm your address with PayPal; the provided address should be the same as your credit card billing address. Please contact me for any question regarding this issue. If your address can not be confirmed or you wish to mail item to a different address please use other payment options. Thank you.

• All methods of payment to be cleared prior to shipping. Full payment must be made within 7 days after close of the auction.

• Payment by personal check is subject to a 5 Business days hold or in tell it clears. Bounce checks fees are added to the final payment price.

International Orders

• All orders outside the United States and Canada most pay using bidpay. You can learn more about bidpay at www.bidpay.com and shipping will be handled by USPS Airmail Post 8 to 12 days.

• Bidpay payments will be received in approximately 3-5 business days, but may take up to 10 business days. Item ships same day money is received.

Shipping:

• Most of our items ship USPS Priority Mail, smaller items will be sent via USPS First Class Mail. All books and CD's are shipped USPS Media Mail and heavier items will be shipped UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Canada shipping is USPS 8 to 12 days Airmail Post.

• The customers assumes all responsibility for lost / misdirected mail unless he/she pays for shipping insurance.  If a package is returned for ANY reason the customer is responsible for the return postage and forwarding postage.

• Hawaii & Alaska: Please contact for shipping costs.

• Overnight shipments will be at least $60.00 up depending on weight and whether or not a special trip is required to get your package out.

International Orders

• For shipping outside the U.S. please email me the shipping address and I will send you the shipping price.

Policy:

• PAYMENT IS EXPECTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF AUCTION'S END. NON-PAYING BIDDERS WILL BE REPORTED TO EBAY.

• All of our products are covered by a 14 Day DOA warranty unless otherwise noted on the description. The 14 days is from the date of delivery. 

• Please contact us before returning item. Be sure to include a description of the problem and the ebay item number with the return.

• Please allow 1 week to test the returned merchandise. If the item is DOA, we will replace minus the return shipping cost or a full credit will be issued. If our tests confirm the item's working functionality, refund will not be issued and buyer pays for returning the merchandise.

• In some occasions we accept returned merchandise with a 20% restocking fee. Returned items should be in the same condition and packaging as it was sent. None of the shipping charges will be credited in such cases.

• We will not be held responsible for you ordering the wrong product(s) - all refusals will be credited minus the S&H charges & applicable fees.

• If a package arrives damaged, it is best if you refuse the package. If you sign for and keep the package, please make sure you note the damage when you sign for it so that we may file a claim with the carrier in the event that the actual product you ordered was also damaged. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipment.

• We're strictly mail order. We can no longer accept local pickups since we don't have a local store front.

• All California buyers pay 8.25% sales tax.

• By bidding, you agree to these terms and conditions as well as eBay's T&C. 

• Bidder is responsible to ask all questions prior of bidding.

Feedback

• Once you receive your item(s), feel free to leave us positive feedback and it will be returned automatically.

• New eBay members don't realize leaving feedback is permanent or use it as a way to try an communicate with us.  It is eBay's posted policy to contact the seller before leaving neutral/negative feedback.  Leaving us negative/neutral feedback without contacting us first negates any chance of resolution.
