This lounge suite is in very good condition. There is no staining or soiling.  This lounge has been well looked after, is very comfortable and has good support. 

It does have a little wear and tear due to its vintage but not its misuse. The second picture shows the worst wear that it has. 

Included (but not shown) are some matching gold arm covers that mask the worn areas.
