ROD-L M100AVS4 28-40 HI POT TESTER READ!!!!

The ROD-L M100AVS4 28-40 is a 2.8KV / 40mA Hi-pot tester. This unit was just pulled from a working cal lab, we tried to check this unit and it powers up but doesn't seem to have any output. There is a special connector on the rear panel (see photo) and our tech is away this week so were not sure about this one and it will be sold as is. This may work just fine and we may not be hooking it up correctly.

Also note that due to a few clowns that like to remove or swap out parts all items are sold strictly AS IS. Any returns and or refunds are solely at our discretion.

Buyer pays actual shipping with NO packing or handling charges UNLESS stated in the item description. Most times we have a packing charge it's for rack size items that go for less than $25, it mostly depends on selling price and size of the item. If an item sells for$10-25 and it's large or heavy it may have a packing charge since the large boxes and the amount of materials would cost us almost as much as we would make.

Please note that due to recent multiple problems with either bad or counterfeit checks and money orders until we can make other arrangements we can only accept PAYPAL or USPS (US Postal money orders) money orders that can be verified quickly.
