Payment is expected to be received within 7 days of auctions close.  However, if you are bidding on multiple items, please submit your payment after your last item's auction has ended. 

Paypal is our preferrable payment method.  We also accept major credit cards, Bidpay, cashier's check, or money order (U.S. funds only).  We do not accept personal check.

For technical reasons, after all of your winnings, please use the secured checkout link below to pay all of your items.  It will guide you through the steps to select your payment method and shipping preferences.

Return/Exchange Policy

All of our offers are backed by 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item to us in its original condition for a refund or an exchange.

We provide a 30 days return policy, calculated from the date we shipped the item to you.  Before mailing us back the item, please contact us so that we can provide you the detailed return & exchange instruction. 

Please note that shipping fees, taxes, and insurance are non-refundable.  We will not be responsible for returned packages if lost by your mailing service. We recommend you to use a carrier service that provides a delivery confirmation number or tracking number.

Contact Us / Response Time

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at sales@remicollections.com.  We always reply our emails within 48 hours.  After you emailed us, you will quickly receive an auto-generated response email confirming the receipt of your inquiry.  If you do not hear from us after 48 hours, please first check your email fiter and junk mail box.  Many times, this is  the reason that prevents our reply from reaching you.  You may also need to email us via ebay contact member page because we may also have filtered your incoming emails.

Feedback & Marketing Material

We will provide positive feedback once payment is received.  To foster a healthy ebay community, we hope you will do the same for us.  Occasionally, we will email you about our special offers, new arrivals, or interesting industry news.  These marketing materials may be sent from our official webstore  at Remist. If you would like to be removed from the list, you will have the option to do so at the time you received such material.

We are proud to offer "Flat Rate Shipping Everyday" to all USA addresses and most international locations. When you purchase multiple items from us, your total shipping & handling fee will only be the rate of your first item, whichever items shipping & handling cost is higher.
